Contracts are a Month to month commitment. Auto-renews thereafter unless 30-day written notice to Megaform.mf@gmail.com is given.
For safety purposes, we ask that all new clients arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of class for a proper instructor introduction and Megaformer orientation. If you do not arrive early for an orientation you will not be permitted to enter the class. Grip socks are required during class.
For security reasons our doors automatically lock 3 minutes after class start time.
All class packages activate date of purchase. Class packages cannot be shared. Packages ranging from 1-5 expire within 30 days. 10 and 20 class packages expire in 90 days.
Our Unlimited, student 4 classes per month, 8 classes per month, and 12 classes per month memberships will be automatically renewed each month on your purchase date. Unused classes do not roll over. To change or cancel your membership, please email us 30 days prior to your auto renewal date at Megaform.mf@gmail.com.
Memberships cannot be changed or cancelled via phone, social media or in studio. We require a 30 day written notice requesting to cancel your membership.
Once a spot opens up you will be notified via email and/or text. You will automatically be added to the class roster if a spot becomes available up to two hours prior to class start time. You can remove yourself from the waitlist at anytime without penalty.
Please note that all classes have a 4 hour cancellation policy. If you are added to a class from the waitlist and fail to remove yourself before this window, late cancel and no show policies will apply.
Please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the start of your scheduled class. If you are late your spot may be given to a standby/waitlisted client 1 minutes till class start time and you will be charged.
We have a 4 hour cancellation policy. This means that you can cancel your class reservation up to 4 hours before the start of your class and the credit will be returned to your account for future use.
All no shows ($26) and late cancels ($15) will incur a fee.
For clients enrolled in the 4 classes per month, 8 classes per month, and 12 classes per month memberships and for those using a package, all no shows and late cancels will also have the class credit deducted from the account as if you were there.

You can take as many classes per day as you'd like, however all late cancel and no show policies apply to each reservation.

Classes are non-refundable, exchangeable or transferrable.
